Questions sellers ask
Is FREE really free? For how long?
Yes, with no time limit. Your store can take real orders. In return, FREE stores show a few clearly labelled JomBeli ads. They never cover your order button or prices.
Do you take a commission?
No. Customers pay you directly, for example by Touch 'n Go or bank transfer. JomBeli only charges for PLUS or PRO if you choose them.
How do orders reach me?
When a customer finishes ordering, WhatsApp opens with the order written out. They press send, and it arrives in your WhatsApp chat. The order is confirmed when you reply.
How do customers pay me?
With your own Touch 'n Go eWallet. After ordering, customers see your TNG payment QR (and number, if you add it), pay you directly, then tap "I have paid" to send you a WhatsApp notice. You check your own TNG records and confirm the order. JomBeli never touches the money and cannot see TNG payments.
What happens if I cancel PLUS or PRO?
Nothing is deleted. You keep the paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then your store returns to FREE. Extra PRO products are hidden from customers, not deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading from PLUS to PRO starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving from PRO to PLUS takes effect at your next renewal date.
Do I need a website or a domain?
No. Your store gets its own link right away. You can share it anywhere.
